Shipping policy
At GunsGongCrazy we ship as fast as possible, but we can’t guarantee same day shipping. Usually your order will be processed within 2 to 5 business days our offices and distribution center are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm EST.
Our standard shipping method for orders less than 150 lbs is FedEx ground but we also offer other options. For orders weighing more than 150 lbs, we are using FedEx Freight. Our website is fully integrated with the FedEx API allowing you to have a quote directly in the checkout process on our website and get the best price possible that we negotiated for you. If you are having any issue in your checkout process or you would like to have more information on the lead time for a particular order, please contact us directly at info@gunsgongcrazy.com or by phone at 1(208)- 426-1627. Please note you must include a street or business address and we can’t ship directly to a post office or PO Box.
With your order you should receive a shipping tracking number to be able to track your items throughout the shipping process.
The shipping rates on your order are calculated using the weight, volume of your items and your postal zone. Before the last confirmation page, you will receive your shipping quote and you will have the choice to cancel your order if you do not want it anymore.
Please note that items over 150 lbs, you will need to be sent to an address with a loading dock otherwise there will be a lift gate overcharge.
Upon completion of your order, you should receive a confirmation email with the details of the transaction. If you find an error in the confirmation email please contact us at info@gunsgongcrazy.com with the transaction number so we have the exact information for your order.
When ordering on GunsGongCrazy, we try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping time, shipping methods and shipping companies used by GunsGongCrazy should be considered as estimation and should not be considered guaranteed.
GunsGongCrazy can’t guarantee a delivery time or date of any item or order. Any delivery dates are approximate and are shown on a purely indicative basis. GunsGongCrazy can’t be held responsible for shipping delays or any damage to the items caused by the shipping company.
