We would rather sell you the right thing once
If you already own a stand or you shoot somewhere with trees, buy the gong or the Bare Bones and save the money. If you shoot open desert or you want one bag that holds everything, the complete system is the one.
And if the honest answer is that Bare Bones plus a stand costs more than the system, which it does at $329.98 in two packages versus $349.99 in one, we will tell you that too.
